At Kindle and Kin, we're dedicated to ensuring you have an excellent shopping experience and are completely happy with your purchase.
Change of Mind Returns
Should you decide to return your fire pit or accessories, we accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date, subject to the following conditions:
- Products must be unused
- Items must remain in their original, resaleable condition
- A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount
Important: We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if products show signs of damage, use, or are not in resaleable condition.
This policy complements your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law, including protections for defective merchandise.
How to Return Your Product
After submitting your return request, please arrange to send your item(s) back to us using one of these options:

Courier Service: Return shipping details available upon request
Please Note: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with change of mind returns.
Packaging Requirements
If original packaging is unavailable, please use appropriate protective materials to prevent transit damage. A 20% repackaging fee may be deducted from your refund if items cannot be resold in their returned packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned for change of mind:
- Shipping fees – Delivery charges are non-refundable
- Custom-made products – Personalised fire pits or accessories cannot be cancelled once ordered or returned after receipt
Defective or Damaged Products
Inspect all items immediately upon delivery. If you discover any defects, damage, incorrect items, or missing components, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
Submit a warranty claim for faulty or damaged goods, and our Customer Service team will guide you through the resolution process. Restocking and shipping fees do not apply to defective merchandise.
